Our Department has an exceptional group of Department members who are committed to create, enhance, and disseminate theoretical and practical knowledge through its distinct program areas. We provide the learning environment and engage the students in curricular and co-curricular activities in trustworthy & health care settings. Quality English is the need and demand of the community. The access and provision of Quality English is lacking in Balochistan particularly and Pakistan in general. Department of English is striving to provide quality education to the masses of the area and the recent trend in terms of enrolment (increase of more than 100%) in Department of English shows that our efforts are being recognized by the community. Department of English was established in 2020. The Quality Education is the need and demand of the region. The access and provision of Quality Education is lacking in Balochistan particularly and Pakistan in general. Department of English UoMP is striving to provide quality education to the masses of the area and the recent trend in terms of enrolment (increase of more than 100%) in Department of English shows that our efforts are being recognized by the community.
The impact of education depends on its quality. The Quality English is the dream which will never become true without quality teachers and Department of English trying it’s level best to produce quality teachers.
We intended to expand the Department in order to serve the community in different modes like, Capacity Building Trainings and Research, to offer different programs of studies etc. that is why the following departments are the part of our approved ‘Strategic Plan, Department of English;

Course Load per Semester: 15-18 Credit Hours
Number of Courses per Semester: 5 – 6 (not more than 3 lab/ practical courses)

Total Credit Hours: 140 (Minimum Required =130 Credit Hours)
